Christy, the 175-year-old premium British towelling and bedding brand, has signed a long-term global licensing deal with GP&J Baker, Royal Warrant holder of fabrics and wallpapers and iconic design house, founded in 1884.

Launching January 2027 for Spring/Summer retail, the new GP&J Baker x Christy Bed & Bath Collection will combine GP&J Baker’s world-renowned heritage, archival designs with Christy’s revered in quality and craftsmanship linens and towelling collections. The range will feature bedding, towels, robes, pyjamas, decorative throws and more, blending timeless elegance and superb design with exceptional craftsmanship.

The partnership marks a significant step for both brands. Christy continues to expand both retail stores and relationships globally and GP&J Baker grows its roster of licensing partnerships across lifestyle categories. The collection will preview at UK and US Market Weeks in March 2026, with the US showing at Christy’s New York showroom.

“We are delighted to partner with GP & J Baker, a brand synonymous with craftsmanship and exquisite design,” said Vanshika Goenka-Misra, CEO of Christy. “Together, our two British brands share a combined legacy spanning more than three centuries. By bringing together Christy’s expertise in luxury textiles and homewares with GP&J Baker’s rich design heritage, we will create a collection that speaks to the tastes of discerning customers worldwide.”

Ann Grafton, managing & creative director of GP&J Baker, added: “Working with Christy allows us to reinterpret our world class archive of decorative documents with a fresh sensibility and youthful exuberance. This collaboration not only celebrates our heritage but brings our cherished designs to a premium retail customer expanding GP&J Baker’s authentic designs into new lifestyle categories’’
