Crew Clothing Company, the premium British lifestyle and clothing brand, today announces it has appointed Octagon, a leading global agency in sports, entertainment and culture.
Octagon has been brought on board to further develop Crew Clothing’s well-established partnerships with iconic British sporting institutions and ambassadors . These current partnerships include Williams Racing, Henley Royal Regatta, LTA Tennis for Britain, Exeter Chiefs, Legends Golf Tour, Professional Cricketers Association and Rugby Tots. Octagon will work as a specialist extension of Crew Clothing’s existing sponsorship team and will further use its expertise to support the expansion of the company’s sports sponsorship portfolio.
Over the last two years, Crew Clothing has been investing in its sports partnerships. The company has hosted pop-ups at events, launched exclusive content on its website and created new collections, including a Williams Racing F1 licenced collection, a bespoke occasionwear package for Henley Royal Regatta and most recently a new technical golf range to enhance its sponsorship of the Legends Tour.
Crew Clothing sees its sports sponsorships as a significant driver for future growth, with its exposure from existing partnerships reaching 11 million potential customers. Crew has also found new customers through this route are more engaged with the Crew Clothing brand.
