Voyado, the leading Swedish retail technology platform, has announced its new partnership with Cutler and Gross, the iconic British luxury eyewear brand, to improve the brand’s omnichannel customer engagement and support its ambitious growth plans.
The partnership marks the latest milestone for Voyado, after announcing several new customer wins with well-known brands in the UK over the last year. This latest collaboration further highlights Voyado’s ability to meet the unique demands of diverse retail sectors, from luxury brands like Cutler and Gross to multi-category retailers.
Voyado was selected to partner with Cutler and Gross to improve – and connect – its online and in-store customer experiences, leveraging its deep expertise in the retail industry. By creating a consistent journey aligned with the brand’s reputation for premium brand craftsmanship, this collaboration will allow Cutler and Gross to scale its tech ecosystem, enhancing functions across e-commerce, customer data management, and in-store operations.
