Luxury food and lifestyle retailer Daylesford is set to release its inaugural Christmas film, marking the brand’s first venture into festive cinematic storytelling. The Makers & Curators of Christmas celebrates the artisan makers behind Daylesford’s organic produce and hand-crafted gifts on its Cotswolds farm.
Beautifully narrated by friend of Daylesford, Richard E. Grant, the film showcases the in-house growers, bakers, cheese makers, florists, butchers, and fish smokers as they handcraft award-winning produce, festive hampers, and seasonal homeware, bringing the magic of Daylesford’s destination farm shop to life.
A strategic piece of owned content, the film blends storytelling, heritage, and product in one cinematic experience across social media and YouTube, designed to engage audiences beyond the reach of traditional advertising.
Olly Smith, managing director of Daylesford, says: “With The Makers & Curators of Christmas, we wanted to create content that immerses viewers in the craft, community and provenance that define Daylesford. By telling our story through film we can forge a deeper emotional connection with audiences and showcase our Cotswolds farm in a way that is distinctly Daylesford.”
