DeliverooDeliveroo has announced an exclusive partnership with Robert Dyas, marking the retailer’s first-ever move into on-demand delivery and a new milestone in the scaling of Deliveroo’s on-demand retail division.

This partnership responds to a surge in demand for the Home & Kitchen category on Deliveroo, now one of the platform’s fastest-growing, with the number of items sold up by nearly 25% year-on-year in 2025*. The partnership is set to expand the range of homeware, electrical, DIY, garden equipment and small appliances available on the Deliveroo platform, allowing customers to choose from a range of 6,000 products delivered directly to their door.

Almost all of Robert Dyas’s estate is covered by the partnership, meaning customers can now order from 90 stores across the UK, including London, Bristol, Oxford and Brighton.

This partnership caters perfectly to customers needing a quick fix around their home and garden, with a number of products on offer to support a variety of different missions, such as:

  • Homeware essentials: batteries, light bulbs and cleaning products.

  • Kitchen must-haves: can openers, measuring jugs and food storage.

  • Moving fundamentals: packing tape, boxes and storage.

  • DIY tools: screwdriver sets and measuring tapes.

  • Seasonal products: including fans, heaters, dehumidifiers, BBQ accessories and garden equipment.

Suzy McClintock VP of new verticals at Deliveroo, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Robert Dyas onto Deliveroo Shopping. Nothing spoils a heatwave faster than realising the paddling pool’s got a puncture, and this partnership means customers can sort those seasonal panics in minutes, straight from their garden. With home and kitchen continuing to be one of our fastest-growing categories, partnerships like this help us meet that customer demand so we can be there for all of life’s little emergencies.”

Theo Paphitis, chairman of Robert Dyas, said: “For over 150 years, Robert Dyas has been a trusted name on the British high street, helping customers solve everyday problems around the home. This new partnership with Deliveroo allows us to bring that all-important convenience to customers faster than ever before, giving them access to more than 5000 trusted products in as little as 10 minutes. So, whether you have a last-minute DIY disaster, a forgotten household essential or a seasonal purchase, we’re delighted to bring the Robert Dyas magic to your doorstep in minutes!”

Robert Dyas joins the growing list of retailers choosing to partner with Deliveroo, including Ryman, The Entertainer, The Perfume Shop, HURR and Accessorize, as Deliveroo Shopping continues to expand the range of retail available on-demand since its launch in November 2023.

*Deliveroo platform search data, items sold between 01/01/2024 – 31/12/2024 vs 01/01/2025 – 31/12/2025.
