Bruichladdich Distillery CompanyBruichladdich Distillery Company has collaborated with the Gladwin Brothers restaurants, in celebration of B Corp Month. Makers of The Botanist Gin and Bruichladdich Whiskies, Bruichladdich Distillery Company is the UK’s first B Corp certified distillery, and is partnering with the Gladwin Brothers’ restaurants to offer exclusive seasonal and sustainable “B Corp” menu items.

Available until the end of March, the partnership will see a selection of dishes and drinks crafted using both The Botanist Gin and Bruichladdich’s The Classic Laddie available on menus across the group’s five London-based venues.
On offer will be a “Daily B Corp Loosener” (£11.50); two new cocktails incorporating Bruichladdich Distillery Company spirits and seasonal ingredients available daily at Sussex Bar & Restaurant (Soho), Rabbit (Chelsea), The Black Lamb (Wimbledon), The Fat Badger (Richmond) and The Shed (Kensington).

The limited-edition cocktails created exclusively for B Corp Month in partnership with the Bruichladdich Distillery Company are Green Fingered Gardener (Gooseberry-infused The Botanist Gin, St Germain, Nutty Vintage English Sparkling, Frozen Gooseberry, Rock Salt) and Scottish Orchard (Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie, Spiced Quince Syrup, Clove Bitters, Soda Water, served on the rocks).

A final limited-edition menu addition, available exclusively at the group’s Soho venue – Sussex Bar & Restaurant – will be The Botanist Gin-cured ChalkStream Trout (Trout Roe, Citrus Gel, Dill Emulsion, Sea Vegetables, £13).

Built on a love of delicious food, foraging, and farming, the Gladwin Brothers restaurants operate with a farm-to-fork ethos, serving modern and seasonal cuisine. With menus curated around British produce sourced from local farmers, hedgerows, and the surrounding coast, and a focus on high-welfare and hand-reared meat from the Gladwin family farm, the group is committed to provenance, people and sustainability, making it the perfect partner for Bruichladdich Distillery Company this B Corp Month.

Bruichladdich Distillery Company’s dishes and drinks can be enjoyed at Gladwin Brothers restaurants throughout B Corp Month from today. Please book a table online at gladwinbrothers.com.
