Galaxy® launches confidence training platform to help women celebrate their achievements

Galaxy®, part of Mars Incorporated, has launched The Unhumble Project – a new campaign designed to help women feel more confident talking about their achievements.

At the heart of the campaign is a free online confidence training platform, created to support women who may struggle with self-promotion at work and in everyday life. The launch is rooted in the insight that women are five times less likely to self-promote their achievements.

Rather than simply spotlighting the issue, Galaxy® has turned the response into something practical – creating a short, structured 15-minute online course designed to help women recognise their value, talk about their wins and feel more comfortable owning their success.

Led and designed by confidence coach and self-belief advocate Tiwalola Adebayo, the course includes practical frameworks, prompts and exercises to help women communicate their achievements in a way that feels natural and authentic.

Developed by brand and stategy agency Onward in partnership with Young Women’s Trust, the initiative forms part of Galaxy®’s wider commitment to supporting women’s confidence and progression.

Galaxy® hopes the training will be taken by 50,000 women, positioning the platform as a long-term brand asset designed to create meaningful impact beyond a one-off campaign moment.

Galaxy® brand director Romi Mackiewicz said: “Women have never lacked talent or achievement, but too often they feel they have to shrink their success to stay likeable. The Unhumble Project is about changing that narrative and encouraging women to say, ‘I did that’ and enjoy the moment.

“That’s why we chose to make confidence training the heart of the campaign — because to help women thrive, we need to empower them through knowledge, tools and support.”

Anna Öhrling, co-founder and sustainability lead at Onward, said: “Too often women are encouraged to stay modest about their achievements, even though we know that self-promotion can play an important role in recognition, opportunity and pay equity. With Galaxy®, we saw the opportunity to create something genuinely useful – a platform that doesn’t just talk about confidence but helps women build it.

“The Unhumble Project brings together a powerful cultural insight, practical skills training and Galaxy®’s longstanding commitment to supporting women, creating a platform designed to deliver meaningful impact while strengthening the brand.”

The campaign forms part of Galaxy®’s ongoing partnership with Young Women’s Trust, which focuses on supporting young women in building confidence and progressing in the workplace.
