itsu, the Asian-inspired, health-focused food brand, is expanding with bold new partnerships to connect with customers in new ways, building partnerships beyond traditional highstreet locations.
Starting November 25, itsu will begin a new collaboration with Delaware North to deliver sustainable, nutritious sushi produce to the hospitality boxes at Emirates Stadium.
This alliance comes hot off the heels of several new announcements from itsu, including a brand new partnership with Vitality and the launch of its catering business, supplying sushi platters and salads to large corporate offices, including law firms, universities, and financial institutions.
These moves are enabling the business to expand its reach to more customers in the workplace via corporate platforms like Feedr & Just Eat for business. Sales are up 250% YoY.
Yvette Chatwin, catering services director at Delaware North, adds: “Partnering with itsu enhances the experience for our corporate hospitality guests attending Emirates Stadium, offering fresh, nutritious food while watching our events.”
While exploring new channels, itsu’s growth to new locations continues as part of its strategy to diversify its retail footprint and reach customers in multiple ways. In 2024, itsu opened six new shops across the UK and France, with a seventh location opening on Oxford Street on December 9th. An iconic site in Manchester’s Trafford Centre will open in January 2025. A busy 2025 pipeline includes sites in Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport.
itsu’s ongoing investment reflects its mission to bring health-driven dining to more people in more places.
