King’s CrossKing’s Cross has announced the arrival of two new food and beverage brands to the estate, adding to its growing all day grab-and-go food offer.

JOE & THE JUICE and atis, both health-conscious dining brands, mark the continued evolution of the estate’s dynamic F&B offer, providing convenient and contemporary lunchtime options for those who live, work and visit King’s Cross.

JOE & THE JUICE has opened its latest 2,000 sq. ft store in Coal Drops Yard, showcasing a refreshed design and brand-new operating format that amplifies the experience beyond the store itself. It is the brand’s largest store to date and forms part of the company’s ambitious

expansion strategy. Alongside the store, the UK’s first-ever JOE Van is soon to be positioned on the Granary Square terrace, serving fresh and exclusive items from their menu. Together, the new store and JOE Van bring the brand’s distinctive energy to Coal Drops Yard, enriching the arrival experience and improving the area’s lunchtime food offer.

atis, the fast-growing health-focused real food brand known for powering London’s communities, will open its new 1,700 sq. ft store – with additional terrace seating – on Stable Street at the of November, bringing its fresh and flavour-driven menu to King’s Cross. Known for its vibrant, build-your-own bowls, thoughtfully sourced ingredients and chef-led creations, atis has developed a loyal following across London with sites in the City, Canary Wharf and Notting Hill. The King’s Cross store will be the brand’s sixth and final opening of the year and its most northerly London location, extending its reach to a new catchment area.

Both signings enhance the estate’s grab-and-go offer and align with its long-term retail strategy to deliver a diverse mix of food, drink and lifestyle brands that serve the needs of the 24/7 community of workers, residents, students and visitors.

Anthea Harries, Asset Management Director at The King’s Cross Group, said: “We are really pleased to welcome JOE & THE JUICE and atis to King’s Cross. Both brands resonate strongly with our evolving retail strategy and bring an ethos that aligns with our sustainability and wellbeing ambitions. Their commitment to fresh, responsible food and engaging customer experiences makes them a perfect fit for the estate and the vibrant community we continue to grow here.”

Both deals were secured by Colliers and Savills, acting on behalf of The King’s Cross Group.

The King’s Cross Group is the owner and asset manager of the King’s Cross estate having taken over its management from Related Argent earlier this year
