Magnum Tonic Wine unveils new win-win campaign for independent retailers and consumers

Magnum Tonic WineMagnum Tonic Wine is encouraging both retailers and consumers to ‘Get more from Maggie’ this winter, with a campaign running from now until 23rd December*. Designed to shake up the season, the campaign will reward retailers and engage shoppers, boosting brand visibility and encouraging more people to choose Magnum in UK convenience stores.

To be in with a chance of winning £1,000 wholesale credit, retailers can enter by purchasing three cases of Magnum Tonic Wine, snapping a picture of their purchase at the depot till and uploading it to the dedicated microsite until 23rd December: https://competition.magnumtonicwine.com/retailer. In-depot support for the campaign includes high-impact pallet wraps, aisle fins and striking POS to ensure maximum visibility.

But that’s not all, Magnum is also launching a promotion for consumers, offering shoppers the chance to win exclusive branded merchandise. Shoppers simply need to purchase three bottles of Magnum in store, scan the QR code on a branded till mat and upload a picture of their receipt and a picture of their product to the dedicated microsite between the 19th November – 22nd December:  https://competition.magnumtonicwine.com/consumer. Prizes include Magnum branded fridges, neon signs and Christmas Jumpers, stylishly designed to appeal to the brand’s loyal fanbase.

Building on this momentum, the campaign will be supercharged through field sales, with 2,000 POS kits hitting convenience stores across London, Birmingham and Manchester. Each POS kit will include eye-catching wobblers, barkers, posters, providing clear signposting for shoppers, bolstering visibility and sales throughout the campaign period.

Marina Santos, consumer, channel and customer marketing director at Campari Group UK, said: “This winter, we want to celebrate the retailers who keep their shelves stocked, and the shoppers who love Maggie all year round. As Magnum continues to lead the Jamaican Tonic Wine category, our dual campaign puts independent retailers and shoppers at the heart of the action – from depot to checkout – and we can’t wait to kick off the excitement across stores!”
