Netcore CloudEmail marketing platform Netcore Cloud, a globally recognised SaaS company, has seen tremendous growth since its launch in 1997 as an email marketing platform. The company now offers a full-stack of MarTech solutions to help product and growth marketers deliver AI-powered intelligent customer experiences across all touch points of the user’s journey.

Today, the company serves over 6,500+ brands spread across 15+ countries, delivering over 20 billion emails a month and tracking over 120 trillion marketing events each year.

Abhitab Bhaskar, CEO – International Business for Netcore Cloud, recently spoke to  Retail Times UK about the company’s growth story in Europe and its aspirations in the days to come.

“Netcore Cloud has been active in Europe for two years and has seen 40% YoY growth, helping  many customer-first brands improve engagement and retention. To continue this success, strategic partnerships have been made to increase our regional presence,” he said.

Customer experience has become an increasingly important factor in the success of modern marketers. Having a unified customer view, proactive engagement, and increased focus on retention, customer feedback, and loyalty are all key elements to creating a successful customer experience.

The company provides brands with the tools to do just that. Interactive emails are used to capture zero party data, while behaviour and engagement analytics are used to form the right segment of the audience, and RFMs (Recency, Frequency and Monetary value) and cohorts are used to understand user behaviour.

“Our AI engine is able to create predictive segments that help brands find users who are likely to buy or churn. Hyper-personalised communication across touchpoints and gamification campaigns are also used to keep customers engaged throughout their lifecycle stages,” says Bhaskar.

Speaking about the customer engagement and experience trends dominating 2023 in the UK, Bhaskar concludes: “As we look ahead to 2023, campaign automation for all channels, including Whatsapp, AI/ML generated segments and associated content, and contextual engagement with personalised, human-centric approaches will dominate the UK customer engagement landscape. Netcore Cloud is well-positioned to help brands tap into such trends and provide a successful customer experience.”
