One Day – Provence’s first AGW-certified regenerative wine from Maison Mirabeau

Maison MirabeauMaison Mirabeau is making good on its promise to grow its regenerative rosé offering with the launch of One Day at Whole Foods Market UK today. The new rosé is sourced exclusively from organic and regeneratively farmed vineyards in the Côtes de Provence appellation and is the region’s first wine awarded Certified Regenerative by A Greener World (AGW).

Wayne Copp, Executive Director of AGW, says: “Regenerative farming means healthier food, thriving ecosystems, cleaner air and water, and better treatment for workers and animals. Our certification provides a rigorous yet practical path to meaningful impact at scale. When consumers see the Certified Regenerative by AGW label on a bottle of One Day, they can be confident they are choosing a wine that truly stands out – in both quality and positive impact.”

Maison Mirabeau founders Stephen and Jeany Cronk describe One Day as “a statement of intent” that is designed to hero farmers who prioritise soil health, biodiversity restoration and carbon capture. The grapes come solely from vineyards practising nature-positive farming, resulting in restored ecosystems, healthier soils, improved water retention and ultimately superior fruit that produces better wines.

“We created One Day as a symbol of what’s possible when you work with nature in the vineyard and farm with soils that are full of life,” says Stephen Cronk. “Our goal is to work with growers who are making the right decisions in their vineyards today so that one day we can all look back and be proud of the impact we’ve made. We are delighted to be bringing regenerative principles decisively into our supply chain and in front of a global audience.”

Alastair Smith of launch partner Whole Foods Market UK comments: “As a retailer keen to champion regenerative farming practices, we are delighted to welcome One Day by Mirabeau to our carefully selected portfolio of wines. We believe that by giving producers a platform in-store, we can play a pivotal role in educating customers about the importance of regenerative agriculture.”

One Day is crafted with Maison Mirabeau’s signature attention to detail. It is a delicate yet expressive Provence rosé bursting with notes of redcurrants, pomegranate, citrus and a hint of fresh herbs. One Day will be available to purchase for £19.99 from 25th March 2025 in-store at Whole Foods Market King’s Road, London and the Maison Mirabeau online boutique, followed by further Whole Foods Market UK stores from April. The wine will also be the Provence Rosé on all Virgin Atlantic Upper-Class routes from May to September this year.
