PayPoint and MLP partner to help businesses cut reward costs and build customer loyalty

PayPoint Group and MLP have entered into a strategic partnership that will help businesses increase customer loyalty while reducing the cost of running reward programmes.

The partnership gives organisations access to hundreds of reward options through a single supplier, helping them increase customer loyalty while reducing programme costs. The partnership combines MLP’s loyalty and engagement technology with PayPoint’s rewards portfolio, including Love2shop, PayPoint Engage and MBL gift card solutions.

For clients, the benefits are straightforward:

  • Access hundreds of reward options through one supplier
  • Reduce programme costs through retailer-funded rewards
  • Increase customer engagement and retention
  • Simplify the delivery of reward and loyalty programmes

The two businesses are already working together on opportunities across financial services, utilities and retail, where organisations are looking for more effective and cost-efficient ways to engage and retain customers.

Nick Wiles, CEO of PayPoint Group, said: “Businesses want reward programmes that deliver results and offer genuine choice. Together with MLP, we’re making it easier for organisations to access a wider range of rewards, reduce programme costs and improve customer engagement through a single solution.”

Simon Jamieson, managing director of MLP, said: “Our clients want reward programmes that are simple, effective and deliver measurable outcomes. By partnering with PayPoint, we can offer significantly greater choice while helping clients improve engagement and maximise value from their investment.”
