Poundland today revealed it is launching their first-ever Black Friday event this week – both online and in stores.
Across Poundland stores, this Wednesday (22 November) there will be a blanket 20 per cent reduction on all its brand-new baby and kidswear.
And that means serious savings, because the new ranges – powered by parent company Pepco, are already an average of 10 per cent lower in price as Poundland has doubled the amount of baby wear and increased space dedicated to kidswear by 50 per cent.
Online, exclusive Black Friday deals will bring customers huge savings on Poundland’s newly launched digital website at Poundland.co.uk, with new offers dropping every day from today through to Friday 24 November.
Those deals – updated at https://www.poundland.co.uk/offers/deals-of-atthe-week – include well-known brands Elizabeth Arden, Clarins, Lancôme, Sanctuary Spa, Illamasqua make-up ranges and haircare range Oplex.
In addition, there will be a selection of designer fragrances for both men and women including Burberry, Calvin Klein, Jimmy Choo, Britney Spears and Issey Miyake, making the perfect gift for Christmas.

Customers can also take advantage of the 20 per cent reduction in baby and kidswear in-store from Wednesday 22 November until Sunday 26 November.
Poundland recently announced the transition to new clothing ranges powered by parent company Pepco Group, bringing its family fashion offer to 560 stores across the UK and Ireland, including all 56 former Wilko locations that have now re-opened.
Poundland.co.uk launched back in September bringing customers the opportunity to buy their favourite items online for the first time.
Alongside thousands of customers’ favourites, it offers ‘Deals of the Week’ on a variety of household, FMCG and health and beauty brand offering customers huge savings.
Poundland’s commercial director Tim Bettley said: “Whether online or offline, we’re all-in with Black Friday this year for the very first time.
“Our event will allow our in-store shoppers to see for themselves the amazing new kids and babywear we now offer for in the majority of our stores.

The range expansion in kidswear allows Poundland to take advantage of its parent company’s major licensing partnerships – its new ranges feature new licensed products including Harry Potter, Gremlins, Tom & Jerry and the Moomins, alongside its popular Disney, Warner & Star Wars ranges.
The move to clothing powered by Pepco has enabled Poundland to double down on the promise of amazing value it makes to its customers.
Recent internal Poundland pricing surveys show Poundland’s new ranges are significantly better value than key competitors Primark, George at Asda and F&F at Tesco.
