Welsh drinks manufacturer Radnor Hills will see its award-winning Heartsease Farm brand stocked in Tesco Wales from today.
The majority of the Welsh large Tesco stores will stock Heartsease Farm Sparkling British Raspberry Lemonade and Sparkling Fiery Ginger Beer from October 9th.
All of the Raspberry Lemonade bottles in Tesco carry the Pink Ribbon Foundation logo and Radnor Hills will be making a donation for every bottle sold in October.
Heartsease Farm has an ongoing partnership with the Pink Ribbon Foundation, which works with families around the UK affected by breast cancer. The Trust currently supports over 58,000 breast cancer cases a year.
The Heartsease Farm range is a blend of real fruit juices and pure Radnor Hills spring water, sourced from boreholes just minutes from the production line.
Each drink is lightly carbonated and completely free of artificial sweeteners and preservatives. Both flavours have won prestigious Great Taste Awards for their taste and high quality.
To celebrate their Welsh heritage, the brand will appear on shelf in Tesco in a specially designed Welsh themed tray.
William Watkins, managing director of Radnor Hills, which is based in Knighton, Powys, said: “We’re delighted that our popular Heartsease Farm sparkling presses will be stocked in the majority of large Tesco stores across Wales.
“We’re also pleased to support Tesco in their drive to list more Welsh made products in their stores.
“Our drinks reflect the heritage of our farm and our passion for great flavours. We hope Tesco’s customers enjoy drinking them as much as we enjoy making them.
“We’re also proud to be one of the Pink Ribbon Foundation’s official sponsors and to support them in the brilliant work that they do.”
Tesco Wales buyer Nathan Edwards expressed his excitement for the Heartsease Farm brand to hit the shelves, saying: “From the Welsh mountain summits to the secret hidden waterfalls, Radnor is filled with history, community and culture.
“We are honoured to have Heartsease Farm on our shelves across the country where shoppers can experience the wonders of Radnor and Heartsease Farm.”
