Kids snacking giant, Strings & Things, is back on TV for the first time since 2021. Coming back with a bang, the brand is launching a huge seven-figure campaign, including an exciting collaboration with Columbia Pictures/Alcon Entertainment’s upcoming animated family comedy The Garfield Movie.
With a joint love for all things cheesy and a shared sense of fun, Strings & Things brand Cheestrings, has joined forces with The Garfield Movie to run an exclusive on-pack competition. A range of exciting prizes are on offer, including an amazing movie-themed family holiday to California, movie tickets and Sony electronics! The trip of a lifetime is not one to miss, with a road trip along the Big Sur and a range of fun activities for the whole family; from a Sony Pictures Studios tour in Culver City, and family-fun farm day out, to a pasta and lasagne making experience – providing a taste of the cheese-loving cat’s adventures!
The collaboration will run on select packs of Strings & Things Cheestrings from 22nd April to 28th July. Available at most major supermarkets (online and in-store) in the UK as well as stretching across the channel to Germany and France too.
Strings & Things will be running a TV advert to promote the collaboration, so keep your eyes peeled for family favourite, Mr Strings, from April 29th.
The marketing support package also includes six-figures in-retail support from shelf barkers to hanging flags, and instore radio to banner ads, across all major retailers.

The brand announces this collaboration following the re-launch of Cheestrings Pizza Flavour, which has seen the return of a 90s icon to supermarket shelves as well as the launch of Cheestrings twin pack Meal Deal promotion.
