Tidal Rum, the premium coastal-inspired rum brand born on the shores of Jersey, is making a bold statement in Europe this autumn with the unveiling of its new range at Bar Convent Berlin (BCB), the world’s leading bar and beverage trade show. Tidal Rum can be found at Stand 17B53 throughout the show.
On Tuesday 7 October 2025, Tidal Rum will host a vibrant takeover at Sly Bar Berlin, in collaboration with Tim Ydén of Pharmarium, Stockholm’s renowned cocktail bar. The event is supported by Tidal Rum’s partner, Ferovinum. For one night only, they will celebrate craftsmanship, creativity, and coastal-inspired cocktails, showcasing the versatility of Tidal Rum’s new expressions — from refined sipping serves to innovative cocktails — and introducing European audiences to the brand’s unique island spirit. RSVPs should be sent to info@tidalrum.je.
On Monday 6 October, Tidal Rum will also join other small, independent, and owner-operated brands — including Tarsier, Artisan Drinks, Neurita, Aybrook and Mason, Karminia, and Beesou Aperitif — for an exclusive, invite-only afterparty.
Tidal Rum is already making its mark internationally, exporting to France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Antigua, Austria, and the UAE, among others. Looking ahead, the brand is seeking to form longer-term distribution partnerships to further elevate premium rum in both retail and on-trade settings.
Building on strong traction in Germany, including growing success on Amazon, Tidal Rum is fast becoming a favourite among premium rum enthusiasts. Beyond Berlin, the brand will continue its European journey with “The Spirit of Christmas” event in London, where it will play a central role in festive celebrations and further cement its place in the premium spirits landscape.
“Our mission has always been to bring a sense of adventure and the spirit of the sea to premium rum,” said Harry Coulthard, founder of Tidal Rum. “Berlin marks an important milestone as we share our new range with the European bar community, celebrate exciting collaborations, and look ahead to a festive season in London. We are also keen to form long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships to grow premium rum in both retail and on-trade markets. With these steps, we’re setting the course for our global ambitions.”
With its growing presence in key markets worldwide and bold plans for expansion, Tidal Rum is charting a course to become a global leader in premium rum.
