Whole Foods Market will be announcing that it will be offering three times more pitch slots for its Q2 2026 Pitch Day, as applications open for emerging and challenger brands looking to secure ranging opportunities.

The retailer will offer up to 50 dedicated pitch slots across Grocery, Whole Body and Speciality. This marks a significant expansion following strong interest in Q1, during which there were more than 500 individual product submissions, with 17 brands selected to present.

Priority will be given to brands that are locally sourced (England-based), cater to special diets, align with emerging 2026 consumer trends, are certified organic, or champion regenerative agriculture, as well as set categories (see below).

Brands operating in the following categories are encouraged to apply due to upcoming range reviews and seasonal focus areas:

  • Children’s products & toiletries
  • Pre-mixed & ready-to-drink beverages
  • Homewares
  • Charcuterie & cured meats
  • Crackers
  • Immunity & superfoods
  • Summer entertaining
  • USA-themed products and brands
  • Sports-focused products
  • Routine reset
  • Gifting
  • Ice Cream
  • Baby & Toddler

Full application details and submission criteria can be found at: https://www.wholefoodsmarket.co.uk/pitchdays

Key dates

  • Applications open: 27 February 2026
  • Application deadline: 27 March 2026
  • Q2 Pitch Day: 24 April 2026
