YO! This September, YO! is bringing the beef with a brand-new lineup of dishes, packed with rich, comforting flavours ready to satisfy autumn cravings. And for the Matcha lovers, a trio of new desserts will be on offer to end meals on a sweet note.

From seared and sliced, to sweet and sticky, the new menu will give sushi fans plenty to get excited about. Whether it’s a light bite, a few plates or a full-on feast, there’s something for everyone, coming straight to YO!’s iconic dining belts this September.

Available in YO! restaurants, the menu will include the Beef Tataki, (£8.50), pairing tender seared beef with pak choi slaw, chilli and ginger dressing, togarashi and mixed sesame seeds – ready to ramp up flavour sensations. The Seared Beef Nigiri (£7.50) comes topped with rich miso mayo, katsu sauce, togarashi and yuzu kosho, and veggies can rejoice with a Vegetable Kakiyagi offering tempura-fried vegetables, dressed with teriyaki sauce and furikake seasoning.

The Beef Line-up:

  • Beef Tataki – £8.50

  • Seared Beef Nigiri – £7.50

  • Teriyaki Beef Curry- £15.95

  • Vegetable Kakiyagi – £3.50

And because no visit to YO! is complete without a sweet treat, there will be three new desserts for customers to indulge in. The Blueberry Matcha Cream Puff (£5.50) is a light choux pastry filled with blueberry and white chocolate cream, topped with blueberry sauce and finished with a dusting of matcha. Yuzu Little Moons (£5.50) bring a fresh citrus hit with yuzu and lemon, while the Strawberry Matcha Little Moons (£5.50), exclusive to YO!, combine strawberry cheesecake cream wrapped in matcha mochi.

The Desserts:

  • Blueberry Matcha Cream Puff – £5.50

  • Yuzu Little Moons – £5.50

  • Strawberry Matcha Little Moons – £5.50

Exclusively to YO! Selfridges, an extra beef surprise will be on offer for visitors, with the all-new Katsu Beef Sando providing the perfect post-shop bite.

Selfridges Beef Exclusive:

  • Katsu Beef Sando – £16.95

Of course, YO! Heathrow airport will be hopping on board with the exclusives, serving up the Katsu Steak Curry, with aromatic curry sauce and steamed rice, now including a tangy pickled kimchi cucumber on the side.

Heathrow Beef Exclusive:

  • Katsu Steak Curry –  £17.50

Samantha Kemp, Marketing Director at YO! said “We’re always looking at classic menu items and seeing how we can give them a fun YO! twist – something diners won’t expect. With summer coming to a close, we thought what better way to get people looking forward to autumn than with a comforting beef inspired menu? And of course, a matcha dessert is the perfect top-off.”

The new menu officially lands on the 9th September. See the website here for booking a table or counter, and be the first to try the all-new lineup.
