Voyado enters Parenting Sector by securing partnership with Silver Cross

Voyado, the Swedish retail technology platform, has been chosen by classic British brand, Silver Cross, to help them deliver personalised shopping experiences and increase customer engagement in the UK.

Voyado has had a successful start to 2024, already announcing several new customer wins across well-known fashion brands. While already working with parenting retail brands across the Nordics, this marks Voyado’s first UK partnership in the parenting retail space, showcasing Voyado’s ability and agility to improve the customer shopping experience in numerous sectors.

Silver Cross has partnered with Voyado to help deliver a number of its key objectives this year.  As a well-known brand in the parenting space, known for providing quality products for more than 140 years, this year the brand will be focusing on improving the customer journey online and understanding more about the shopping and purchasing decisions parents are making.

A key area Voyado will be focusing on is supporting the brand to build customer loyalty, a key area for retailers to increase sales and drive repeat purchases. Silver Cross will be utilising its history and brand positioning to develop a key sector of its website ‘The Edit’, where it delivers parenting advice. As part of this new partnership, Voyado will help customers to search for relevant blogs and insight to ensure the website is engaging across every point in the parenting journey.

“This new partnership, another in a line of recent wins for us, signifies that retailers are shifting their objectives and looking to work with the right partners to build truly meaningful engagement with customers and deliver what matters most.  We’ve seen a huge change in what drives customer loyalty over the last decade and we’re able to work closely with retailers, in any sector, to uncover what loyalty now looks like and how they can build it for their brand.”

Silver Cross is the latest customer in the UK to utilise Voyado’s market leading product discovery engine, Voyado Elevate. The product will deliver on-site search, navigation, merchandising and product recommendations across the Silver Cross site. Combining Elevate with Voyado’s Engage product will give Silver Cross the ability to build a 360 view of their customers and use the data to further personalise the customer journey on-site.

Danielle Nuttall, Digital Strategy and Campaigns Manager at Silver Cross, said: “After over a year of exploring many different marketing solutions, Voyado ticked all the boxes for us! It was clear that the platform, and the Voyado team, would transform many aspects of our marketing and our customers experience. Their multi-channel functionality, with both Engage and Elevate, allows for us to enhance and align our customer data with our website and acquisition channels, as well as providing us with a clearer view and understanding of our customers, all within on single platform.

This year will be a focused year of growth for Voyado as it expands its position in the UK retail market.  It has already secured new partnerships, with Luca Faloni and Belstaff in recent months, and the addition of Silver Cross will help deliver the company’s ambition to support businesses in transforming customer interactions.
