Uber Eats Portugal has just launched the ‘Get Almost Almost Anything’’ campaign, starring football coach José Mourinho, his daughter Matilde and other Portuguese celebrities.
The campaign aims to test the limits of the app with unusual requests from these portuguese celebrities. José Mourinho asks if he can request a football team to coach; the ability to have modesty and an Italian pizza in which the pepperoni comes in a 4-3-3 formation.
This Portuguese adaptation of a campaign that in other countries features names like Kendall Jenner or Luís Figo – aims to amplify the possibility of ordering almost anything through Uber Eats. showing the ‘Special One’ as we’ve never seen him before: if we’re used to seeing Mourinho, Uber Eats Portugal now shows us José.
The content shared with the public via social networks, television and exterior shows the different options available on the platform, always with a humorous touch.
Uber Eats partner network covers a wide range of establishments, including restaurants, supermarkets, cultural and entertainment establishments, office supplies, wellness, beauty and health articles, as well as convenience products.
‘The aim of this campaign is to demonstrate that Uber Eats is more than just a food delivery app: it’s also a platform where you can order from supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores, florists, grocery shops and almost anything else you need every day,’ comments Ricardo Pabón, marketing director at Uber Eats Southern Europe.
José Mourinho announces: ‘It was a special project for me because, although I had already done a campaign with my son, this was the first campaign with my daughter. And in Portugal, which is very special for us.’
