House of Flowers Colliers has announced the letting of House of Flowers at Chelsea Waterfront. As the first commercial retail unit to commence fit-out at the iconic Power House, the arrival of House of Flowers marks a significant milestone in the development’s progress, complementing the floral celebration taking place nearby.

Situated at Unit 6, Chelsea Power House, Chelsea Waterfront, 39 Lots Road, SW10 0JJ, the unit offers 527 sq ft of prime retail space on a five-year lease. House of Flowers, a premium local florist, will form an integral part of the emerging community at Chelsea Waterfront, enhancing the local offering with a premium floral experience, perfectly timed for the flower show season.

Chelsea Waterfront is a landmark development and the final chapter in the transformation of London’s iconic power stations, following the successful regeneration of the Tate Modern and Battersea Power Station. The development primarily comprises luxury residential units, complemented by 20 ground-floor commercial units, five of which are currently under offer. As the first retail tenant to begin fit-out at the Power House, House of Flowers exemplifies the high-quality commercial landscape that Chelsea Waterfront is cultivating. The development also offers a flagship restaurant opportunity and further ground-floor retail space, for which Colliers is actively seeking high-calibre operators.

Olivia Hughes, central London retail agent at Colliers, commented: “We are pleased to welcome House of Flowers to Chelsea Waterfront. Their premium offering aligns perfectly with the development’s vision of quality, community-focused commercial space. Their arrival ahead of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show sets a positive precedent for the future of this dynamic destination, establishing Chelsea Waterfront as a hub for quality retail and leisure.”

Colliers continues to offer exceptional retail and leisure opportunities throughout Chelsea and other prominent locations. With the opening of Chelsea Waterfront expected later this year, the area’s unique blend of heritage and modernity will be further enhanced.
