ASK ItalianASK Italian has launched a new customer rewards app, ASK Perks, marking the next phase in its commitment to rewarding guests.

The new rewards app builds on ASK Italian’s long-running Perks loyalty scheme, previously run through its newsletter email database of over 1M subscribers. This digital evolution reflects the brand’s core pillar of generosity and brings a more interactive, personalised and enhanced value-led experience to its loyal customer base.

The ASK Perks Rewards App offers guests instant ‘always’ on treats, monetary reward vouchers and access to exclusive member discounts and perks, every time they dine. By spending £15 or more, guests collect digital ‘lemon stamps’, and unlock levels, turning visits into monetary reward vouchers and even better perks. The ‘lemon stamps’ gamification feature, inspired by ASK Italian’s signature ingredients and visual brand identity, adds a fun and meaningful layer to how guests collect and unlock rewards.

“Rewarding our diners has always been at the heart of ASK Italian’s ethos,” said Corinne Prior, Marketing Director at ASK Italian. “Our original Perks scheme proved a great success with our community and the new rewards app allows us to take this to the next level, by giving guests even more reasons to return, in a way that’s generous, playful and uniquely ASK, rewarding every moment around the table.

‘’We’ve incorporated our emphasis on lemons into the app’s design, inspired by ASK Italian’s signature ingredients and visual brand identity. Just as we surprise and delight our guests with complimentary tasters of freshly crafted lemonade at the start of every meal, the app reflects that same spirit of thoughtful generosity and authentic Italian hospitality.’’

To celebrate the app’s launch, ASK Perks Rewards app members can claim a free pasta dish of their choice, valid any time throughout the month of June.

Having already had a positive response from customers; on launch day the app debuted in the top three on the Apple app-store Food & Drink chart.

Key features of the ASK Perks Rewards app include:

  • Collect digital ‘lemon stamps’, and unlock levels, turning visits into monetary reward vouchers and even better perks
  • Instant ‘always on’ treats and exclusive member menu discounts just for signing up
  • Enhanced birthday perks and personalised offers
  • June Perk Spotlight: members can claim a free pasta dish of their choice any time during the month, by downloading and signing up to the new ASK Perks rewards app

The launch of the ASK Perks Rewards App represents the brand’s move to enhancing the guest journey through digital innovation and proprietary technology, reaffirming its continued commitment to community-led initiatives, rewarding diners, and strengthening its position in the casual dining space.

Through such gestures and its innovative rewards scheme, ASK Italian continues to deliver a seamless and generous experience, both digitally and at the table, reinforcing its promise to reward every moment shared by guests.
