Christmas, the Willow & Finch way: handcrafted bakes full of seasonal magic

Willow & FinchAward-winning Devon micro-bakery Willow & Finch is bringing festive cheer to counters, shelves, hampers and stockings this year with the launch of its much-anticipated Christmas Collection. Packed with handcrafted treats baked in small batches, the range features indulgent cookies, cosy traybakes, and beautifully gift-ready packaging – all made without palm oil or plastic, staying true to the bakery’s sustainable ethos.

“The magic of Christmas is found in the simple pleasures – nostalgia, comfort and sharing,” says founder Elodie. “That’s exactly what we wanted to bake into this range – treats made the proper way, but extra special.”

Perfect for gifting, stocking your farm shop, deli or cafe, or simply treating yourself, the limited-edition collection includes:

1. Stollen Gourmet Cookies

A festive twist on a traditional favourite. Inspired by its classic namesake, these cookies are made with rich brown sugar dough, gently spiced and studded with juicy dried fruits. Each one is finished with a hidden layer of marzipan for unmistakable festive flavour.

2. Dark Chocolate Stem Ginger Cookies

Rich, warming and perfectly balanced. A soft brown sugar dough is studded with chunks of real stem ginger and indulgent dark chocolate, creating a cookie that’s spiced, satisfying, and not too sweet.

3. Chocolate Peppermint Cookies

A nostalgic nod to candy canes. Made with chocolate dough infused with a cool minty flavour and Belgian chocolate chunks, then sprinkled with crushed candy cane for a playful, festive finish.

4. Christmas Bakewell Blondie Traybake

A seasonal spin on a classic. Our Bakewell blondie is swirled with festive mincemeat and topped with aromatic flaked almonds. Serve warm with brandy butter, cream or custard for an instant Christmas dessert.

5. Gingerbread Brookie Traybake

Two festive favourites, merged into one irresistible bake. A rich, velvety brownie base topped with spiced gingerbread cookie dough for a gooey-soft centre and crunchy top – the ultimate festive indulgence.

Willow & Finch’s Christmas collection is available for nationwide delivery via their website. The brand is also stocked in a growing number of farm shops, delis, and cafes across the West Country and beyond. Trade enquiries are welcomed for festive gifting and seasonal retail ranges.
