Junction 32, Yorkshire’s leading outlet shopping destination, is thrilled to announce the opening of Chopstix, the UK’s largest Chinese-Inspired QSR (quick service restaurants) brand.
Opening on Thursday 30th October, the Chopstix site will span an impressive 2,263 sq. ft, seating up to 58 diners. Located between Suit Direct and The Sweet Emporium, the opening creates 25 new jobs, strengthening Junction 32’s role as a key employer in the
Castleford area.
Offering big, bold Chinese flavours, Chopstix has quickly become one of the UK’s most popular quick service restaurants. The restaurant’s forthcoming opening at Junction 32 marks the brand’s 115th UK site, and tenth site in Yorkshire.
As its first Asian-style dining option, the opening of Chopstix will add further depth to Junction 32’s food and beverage offerings, joining the likes of 200 Degrees Coffee, Starbucks and Bakers + Baristas.
Chopstix will also be bringing its brand new visual identity, delivery and Click & Collect services to Junction 32, enabling the centre to offer greater convenience for its visitors and the local community.
Rachel Scott, head of leasing, at Global Mutual, commented: “The arrival of Chopstix is an exciting addition to Junction 32 and shows how the outlet centre continues to refresh its offerings, in order to meet our customer’s evolving expectations.
Chopstix is a well-loved eatery in the UK, and we are delighted to be welcoming its tenth restaurant in Yorkshire, while continuing to diversify our portfolio of food and beverage options at the centre.”
Rob Burns, marketing director for Chopstix, said: “We’re thrilled to open Chopstix at Junction 32, marking our 115th store in the UK. It’s a really exciting time for our business, and we’re looking forward to providing Junction 32’s visitors,
and the wider Castleford area with quick, tasty and affordable food options.”
