YO!Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and if you’re looking for a fun and unexpected way to celebrate, YO! is rolling out the love. This February, YO! is launching a limited-edition Valentine’s menu alongside its much-loved Sushi School experience – perfect for romantic date nights, ‘Galentine’s’ plans with the girls, or even a first date with a difference.

Nothing says ‘I love you’ quite like heart-shaped sushi, and for a limited time only, YO! will be serving up its brand-new Valentine’s Tartare – a playful, pink dish designed to be shared. For those wanting a little more to love, YO! is also serving a Valentine’s Sharer Platter, featuring the Tartare alongside two salmon nigiri and a six-piece cucumber maki.

With nearly 30 years of sushi rolling under its belt, YO! knows its tataki from its temaki – and after a Sushi School session with the YO! masters, you will too. Guests will dive into the traditions of sushi, master knife-cutting techniques and learn the art of rolling, all while creating their own sushi masterpieces in a relaxed, two-hour group setting.

Whether you’re a Maki Master or a total sushi newbie, YO! Sushi School is designed for all skill levels. It’s light-hearted, interactive and a great way to bond over a shared love of YO!’s iconic dishes this Valentine’s Day.

What’s Included in the YO! Sushi School experience?

From just £34.95 per person each two-hour session includes:

  • A welcome drink: Soft drink for standard tickets

  • Starters: Delicious edamame and gyoza to share

  • The history: Of sushi and the secrets behind authentic Japanese techniques

  • The main event: four exquisite sushi rolls, including our exclusive ‘Valentine’s Tartare’

For £37.95, guests can upgrade to include an alcoholic drink (330ml Asahi or 125ml prosecco).

And from the 10th – 15th of February, customers can also enjoy YO!’s limited-edition Valentine’s menu in restaurants nationwide.

Valentine’s Menu Additions

  • Valentine’s Tartare (£7.50): Heart-shaped salmon tartare with diced chilli, beetroot mayo, white sesame seeds and edible flowers

  • Valentine’s Sharer Platter (£9.95): Heart-shaped salmon tartare served with two salmon nigiri and a six-piece cucumber maki

Celebrating at home? The Valentine’s Sharer Platter (£15.95) will also be available in selected UK Tesco stores, so everyone can get a taste of the love.

So whether you’re rolling sushi, sharing plates or planning a ‘Galentine’s’ night in, YO! has Valentine’s Day covered this February.
