What sets Higherin’s ratings apart is that they’re the only rankings based on real reviews from students and young people who have had the jobs. They’re based on first-hand experience across a huge range of areas, from the role to development opportunities to wages.
Oliver Sidwell, co-founder of Higherin, said: “We’ve created some of these rankings for the first time to help young job seekers. Everyone deserves the opportunity to make an informed decision about their career.”
Oliver continued: “The employers in our two lists have been user reviewed, something completely unique to Higherin that’s so important in 2026. It’s a difficult time for entry-level jobs with fewer job opportunities caused by the increase in AI and global economic hardships. Picking an employer that’s right is crucial.”
“Our rankings give young people a real opportunity to work for an employer that values them as an individual and rewards them for this.”
