Yorkshire football fans can enjoy restaurant-quality food at takeaway prices while watching England and the world’s best teams compete this summer.

Abu Bakr Supermarket has announced the launch of a special £15 Gourmet World Cup Deal, available at Abu Bakr Food 2 Go counters across all Yorkshire stores, giving football supporters an affordable and delicious way to enjoy the tournament.

The in-house café and gourmet takeaway concept, Abu Bakr Food 2 Go, is bringing together restaurant-quality flavours with the convenience of takeaway or dine-in options at supermarket cafés throughout Yorkshire.

Designed for families and friends gathering to watch England and the biggest matches of the tournament, the £15 feast offers exceptional value while showcasing the freshly prepared food that has become a favourite with customers.

The Gourmet World Cup Deal includes:

Four samosas (vegetarian options available)

Two freshly baked pasties, including vegetarian varieties

A choice of Butter Chicken or Chicken Tikka Masala, alongside a range of meat and vegetarian curry alternatives

Freshly made warm naan bread

Two cans of cola or one large bottle of Irn-Bru, Rubicon Passion or Don Simon Orange Juice

Customers can also add a freshly prepared Karak Chai for just £1.

Abu Bakr Supermarket MD Hamza Hussain said: “Football brings communities together, and we wanted to create an offer that allows customers to enjoy great food without spending restaurant prices. Our Abu Bakr Food 2 Go counters are known for freshly prepared, authentic meals, and this World Cup deal gives families and friends everything they need for match day, whether they’re watching at home or dining in at one of our cafes.”

The promotion is available for a limited time across all Abu Bakr Supermarket locations in Yorkshire, offering customers a convenient alternative to expensive takeaways while enjoying the excitement of international football.

Abu Bakr Food 2 Go has expanded its reputation for providing freshly prepared curries, savoury snacks, bakery items and hot drinks, combining traditional flavours with modern convenience for shoppers across the region.

The £15 Gourmet World Cup Deal is available now at participating Abu Bakr Food 2 Go counters while the tournament is underway.
