Boots introduces new On The Go travel store at Belfast International Airport

BootsBoots has introduced its new, innovative travel format store, Boots On The Go, at Belfast International Airport, bringing the best of its high street offering to travellers on the go.

The store has been reimagined in a new format, designed to offer convenience for customers shopping health, beauty and wellness while travelling. The updated format focuses on delivering an efficient and convenient experience, bringing a high-street quality shopping experience to the Belfast International Airport.

Customers will be welcomed into a modern and vibrant space featuring a distinctive new look and feel, stocked with everything from skincare for in-flight hydration, to last-minute travel toiletries and beauty must-haves. With an intuitive layouts and clearly defined quick find zones, the store enables shoppers to easily locate essentials, offering an efficient shop for customers on the move.

The store also introduces a curated beauty range, bringing more than 15 beauty brands to the airport for the first time, including Sundae, Daise, Byoma, Medicube and Habi skincare, alongside popular Korean beauty brands such as Beauty of Joseon, Biodance and Anua.

Customers passing through Belfast International Airport can also take advantage of the Boots Click & Collect service, allowing them to shop the full Boots range online and conveniently pick up their items before or after they travel, which is particularly useful for bulkier items like nappies and suncream.

Julie Murphy, vice president of London & Travel Division at Boots, said: “We’re proud to bring our first new Boots On The Go concept to Belfast International, designed specifically for customers on the move. From trending beauty brands to essential travel products, these stores offer a carefully curated range, making it easy and enjoyable for customers to browse and find everything they need before they fly.

“We know customers want great value when travelling, so we’re committed to offering a wide variety of deals and promotions, alongside competitive pricing in our stores, so passengers can shop with confidence while on the go.”

Dan Owens, chief executive, Belfast International Airport said: “We’re thrilled to be the first to introduce the Boots on the go concept, bringing something new to our passengers at Belfast International.

Retail plays a key role in shaping the overall journey through the airport, and additions like this help us continue to evolve what we offer and ensure it aligns with what our passengers value.”

Boots is continuing to invest significantly in its store estate, with a focus on enhancing key travel locations such as Belfast International Airport to better serve customers.
