ToolstationToolstation’s loyalty programme, Toolstation Club, has hit over one million members, marking a significant milestone in its customer engagement strategy.

The Club, which launched in January 2024, is a free-to-join programme built to reward Toolstation’s loyal trade and DIY customers who regularly buy essential tools and accessories from the retailer’s range of over 25,000 products. Since launch, there has been a strong and sustained up-take in membership sign-ups, leading to over 37,000 prizes being rewarded to Toolstation’s loyal customer base, including:

  • 21 holiday giveaways with a combined value of £32,000
  • Over 8,000 Costa Coffee gift cards with a combined value of £40,600
  • Over 23,000 Greggs breakfast rolls, sausage rolls and hot drinks, in addition to over 5,500 Greggs £5 gift cards
  • 462 hotel break giveaways
  • 69 experience day giveaways
  • Over 350 vouchers for Amazon, Just Eat, Sainsbury’s and Miller & Carter

In addition to these giveaways, Club members have also benefitted from an ever-present offer of product discounts across trade quality brands including DeWalt, Stanley, Milwaukee, Karcher, Makita and more, alongside third-party discounts in partnership with Hello Fresh, PerfectDraft, Trip.com, Ooni and Vision express to name a few.

Chris Other, customer director for Toolstation, said: “We created the Toolstation Club to be the ultimate partner to tradespeople and signing up over one million members is testament to how much it’s benefitting them. We’re proud to be the first stop for so many professionals and will continue with our ambition of offering them great value, convenience and service.”

To celebrate the Club’s one million milestone, Toolstation has launched a new collection of customer giveaways and product discounts for members, including the chance to win a bespoke work shed built by Simon Bowler and Elwood Enterprises. To enter, members simply need to spend £50 or more in a single transaction on the CT1 range by 8th November, with the draw taking place on the 10th November.

Members can also enjoy a free Greggs sausage roll with any Grundfos product purchase, enter into prize draws in partnership with M&S, Love2Shop, Stanley and Milwaukee, and enjoy 10% off all electrical and lighting accessories when bought with cable*.

New customers who sign-up to the Club will be able to enjoy a 5% discount for the entire first month of their membership, with the discount being automatically applied to all orders with no restrictions on basket size or price. After the first month, customers spending £75 or more each month afterwards will continue to benefit from the 5% discount.

Toolstation also offers a ‘Trade Club’, designed to reward its most valuable customers with enhanced offers. Customers can qualify for the Toolstation Trade Club in one of two ways: by spending £150 or more during a calendar month they gain access to the new tier, whilst existing and new Trade Credit Account holders are automatically enrolled into Trade Club and can access all the offers and rewards straight-away.

The Toolstation Club will continue to offer exclusive discounts, giveaways and competitions to its members throughout 2026. For further Club information, including the benefits available to members, customers can visit https://www.toolstation.com/club or download the app on Google Play or on the App Store.
