The Howard de Walden Estate is delighted to welcome four new brands to Marylebone Village.

A full summary of updates and further information is provided below:

  • Offering visitors contemporary Persian cuisine, Naroon is due to open its 1,200 sq ft restaurant at 17 New Cavendish Street. Priding itself on its culture and heritage, the restaurant will provide customers with a unique culinary experience, further increasing the worldwide food offering in Marylebone Village.
  • Opening at 39 Marylebone High Street, Derek Rose is a new entrant to Marylebone’s retail offering with the store confirmed to open before Christmas this year. This luxury leisurewear brand further enriches the shopping experience for all visitors to the area.
  • Offering quality and nutritional food for those short of time, Nathalie will be opening this October at 29 Thayer Street. Visitors can enjoy fresh food on the move or in the surroundings of the deli.
  • Contemporary global Danish fashion brand, Ganni has also recently opened in Marylebone Village, at 69 Marylebone High Street. The affordable luxury, B Corp brand has taken the former Aesop store.

Commenting on the recent lettings, Rob Kirk, head of retail & leisure at The Howard de Walden Estate, said: “As long-term and responsible stewards of Marylebone, it is our role to ensure a timeless appeal and unique offering so that visitors, local residents and our tenants are provided with an enjoyable place to visit, shop and work. In welcoming this array of different occupiers, we are further enhancing the appeal of Marylebone Village as we approach the festive season – and beyond.

“Demand for spaces remains strong with occupancy for retail at 98%, supported by our vibrant streets and the positive footfall experienced across the estate.”
