LEADING plant-based recipe kit start-up, GRUBBY, is continuing its exciting brand collaboration drive, partnering with LEON Grocery to land an exclusive release of exciting NEW dishes for subscribers across October.

Four limited edition recipes have been specially developed to recreate the LEON dining experience at home, combined with the flair, flavour and fresh, seasonal veg that has made GRUBBY one of Trustpilot’s highest-rated online home delivery meal kits. Each dish will also feature LEON microwavable rice pouches, in either Spicy or Herbed flavour, to showcase the iconic chain’s grocery offer to consumers.

GRUBBY customers can choose from Med Veg and Pesto Salad, Korean Sticky BBQ Cauliflower, Mexican Black Bean Salad and Crispy Souvlaki Skewers – all ready to enjoy in 35 minutes.

GRUBBY x LEON recipes will be available to order for a limited time on Grubby’s October menu for delivery from 3rd to 30th October. Those who sign up will also receive 25% off the first two weeks, making a family meal box for five cost as little as £4.05 per person.  Anyone who tries all four recipes will also be gifted with money-off in Leon restaurants, as well as tasty products from the LEON in-store grocery range.

As the original, first-to-market dedicated plant-based recipe kit, GRUBBY is leading the charge in the space, championing foodie trailblazers with an ongoing stream of collaborations, which have included fellow plant-based brands BOSH! VFC, Redefine Meat and Mushroom pioneers, Fable.

GRUBBY founder Martin Holden-White said: “We pride ourselves on only working with the best when it comes to our collaboration partners, and our new recipes with LEON are show-stoppers. They combine the LEON dining experience with GRUBBY’s passion for delicious, fresh, seasonal, and sustainable produce. Strategically, the LEON partnership aligns perfectly with Grubby’s mission to provide more people with healthier, wholesome food choices and we can’t wait to share these recipes with our customers.”

Head of LEON Grocery Miriam Rose said: “We’re delighted to be teaming up with GRUBBY. We value their commitment to healthy, sustainable eating, their motivation in supporting British produce and suppliers, and their sheer passion in delivering big flavour to your door. It’s been fantastic working with them to curate these plant-based dishes, each dish inspired by the tastes of LEON, and truly championing our Microwave Rice.”
