Mindful ChefIn response to customer interest in reducing ultra-processed foods and harnessing the power of plants, Mindful Chef, the UK’s highest-rated recipe box, is excited to partner with ZOE, the science and nutrition company, on a range of recipes to feature on the Mindful Chef menu this November.

The six nourishing recipes, which have been hand-picked by ZOE’s co-founder and #1 Sunday Times bestselling author, Prof. Tim Spector from his new book, The Food for Life Cookbook, will feature on the Mindful Chef menu from November 3rd-16th. These dishes embody ZOE’s core nutritional principles, such as incorporating 30 different plants per week and minimising ultra-processed foods. This approach aligns with both ZOE’s and Mindful Chef customers’ health motivations, encouraging them to transform their health, eating habits and overall well-being through food.

The recipes, packed with vibrant vegetables, nutrient-rich plants, and gut-friendly fermented ingredients, include:

  • Smoky Hake, Artichoke & Sundried Tomato Stew

  • Aubergine Parmigiana

  • Sweetcorn & Spinach Dhal with Curried Cashews

  • Roasted Squash, Beetroot, and Kale with Toasted Grains

  • Red Pepper Quinoa Salad with Kefir Dressing

  • Gochujang Bean Bowl with Eggs & Kimchi

Giles Humphries, Co-Founder of Mindful Chef comments:

“We’re thrilled to partner with ZOE and bring their science-first approach to healthy eating to our customers. At Mindful Chef, we’re committed to making healthy eating easier, and these new recipes from The Food for Life Cookbook perfectly align with that mission. By incorporating a variety of plants and gut-friendly foods, we’re making it easier for our community to enjoy delicious meals that support overall well-being. It’s an exciting step forward in promoting healthier, more mindful eating.”

Professor Tim Spector, co-founder at ZOE, comments: “The Food for Life Cookbook brings to life my six key guiding principles for health in over 100 delicious and nourishing recipes, showing just how simple and enjoyable it can be to adapt to a way of eating that’s great for your gut.  This partnership with Mindful Chef makes it easier and quicker for people to eat the ZOE way, without compromising on quality.”
