Crew ClothingCrew Clothing has reported exceptional growth during the 2024 Christmas trading period (weeks 51–52), with total business sales increasing by an impressive 45% compared to the previous year. This growth is a testament to the strength of the brand’s multichannel approach, which includes e-commerce, retail stores, and third-party sales partnerships. Within this, ecom demand rose +70%, reflecting the growing shift to online shopping. Store estate net sales rose by 22%, showcasing the continued importance of brick-and-mortar locations and third-party channel sales grew by 34%, driven by partnerships with retailers such as M&S (launched in 2021) and John Lewis (launched in 2023).

Crew Clothing’s Q4 results showed consistent momentum with total like for like sales of +17%. The company also reported a record-breaking Black Friday period, during which total business sales grew +23%, from the peak trading period of Black Friday through to the end of the December.

Crew Clothing remains committed in driving every aspect of the omnichannel model which continues to yield consistent positive results. With the expansion of Crew’s product offering, the brand has seen increased appetite with new customers throughout 2024, whilst maintaining a loyal base of returning shoppers. Crew Clothing is a long-standing champion of the British Highstreet and continues to invest in its retail portfolio. The brand opened 15 new stores in 2024, with momentum set to continue in 2025 with the opening of at least 20 new stores in the new year. Stores in Kendal and Keswick are confirmed alongside a number of exciting new refits. The expansion further solidifies the brand as a key player in the retail sector.

Crew’s surging engagement with its customer base is further reinforced via its impressive sponsorship programme. As proud supporters of British sport, the programme includes a number of the UK’s most prestigious sporting institutions including, England Red Roses, Henley Royal Regatta, and the Lawn Tennis Association.

With strong results, a clear growth strategy, and unwavering support for British retail and sports, Crew Clothing is well-positioned for further success in 2025.
