Desi Daru Vodka With its sights set for an ambitious year of global expansion, award-winning vodka brand Desi Daru, is excited to announce their partnership with Dhall Foods and Beverages, one of India’s leading importers and distributors of premium spirits. This landmark deal will expand Desi Daru’s presence across key markets including India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, UAE, and Pakistan, bringing its world-class vodkas to a wider audience.

Launched in 2022, Desi Daru has rapidly gained global recognition for its innovative approach to vodka. The Original Vodka, Singh crafted from English winter wheat has been lauded for its exceptional smoothness. Meanwhile, the Alphonso Mango Vodka, made with India’s finest Ratnagiri mangoes, has set a new benchmark in flavoured spirits. Under this agreement, Dhall Foods and Beverages will manage the distribution of Desi Daru’s vodkas across the South Asian and Middle Eastern markets.

This is a milestone moment for Desi Daru, and founder, Mohit Singh shared: “Our brand focuses on the collision of two cultures – Britian and India. We use the best ingredients from both countries to create a product that’s truly special, and as British-born Indians, we couldn’t be more excited to expand into these countries. We had worked with Matt Chambers from Charter Brands through their incubator program and he introduced us to Dhall Foods and Beverages. They are a company with decades of experience and deep-rooted expertise in premium spirits distribution. India and the surrounding markets hold huge potential for us and given the regions’ growing appreciation for high-quality spirits – there’s no better time to be launching here.”

Dhall Foods and Beverages has been a trusted name in the industry for over 50 years, supplying premium international brands to India’s retail, travel, and hospitality sectors. Arjun Dhall, Executive Director of Dhall Foods and Beverages, commented on the partnership saying, “Desi Daru is true game changer in the industry. Their Mango Vodka is pushing boundaries in the flavoured spirit category and proving that you can produce a great-tasting and premium product. They have created an incredible product merging British craftsmanship and an Indian heritage. Their vodkas are a perfect fit in our portfolio, and we are proud to be bringing them to consumers across India, UAE, Sri Lanka, and beyond.”

Since its launch, Desi Daru has taken the UK by storm, securing listings at luxury retailers such as Harvey Nichols and Selfridges and gaining traction with high- end bars and Michelin-starred restaurants. The brand has become a cult favourite among drinks lovers, praised for its smooth, creamy texture and distinctive flavour profile. With strong sales growth and an expanding presence in the UK, Desi Daru is now setting its sights on international markets, beginning with South Asia and the Middle East.
