The Laughing Cow Bel UK is turning up the heat this summer with the launch of The Laughing Cow® Spicy Chilli, the UK’s first and only chilli-flavoured cheese spread portion. As demand for bold and spicy flavours continues to rise across snacking, The Laughing Cow Spicy Chilli offers an unexpected yet welcome twist for spice-curious shoppers looking for tasty indulgence.

Landing from June, The Laughing Cow Spicy Chilli delivers a creamy, warming kick, while offering all the deliciousness and smooth texture that fans expect from the UK’s #1 cheese portion spread brand worth £24m. Each portion is 31 calories (16g), a good source of protein, and is suitable for vegetarians, with no added colours or flavours.

The Laughing Cow Spicy Chilli offers a simple way to spice up every day snacking moments. Whether spread on crackers or bagels, a post-gym bite, added to lunchboxes, or enjoyed straight from the triangle for a spicy on-the-go moment, it’s a convenient and portion-controlled option that delivers bold flavour.

Oliver Richmond, marketing manager snacks, spreads & Ireland at Bel UK, said: “We know consumers are looking for new ways to bring bold flavour into their snacking routines, but without compromising on nutrition or great taste. The Laughing Cow Spicy Chilli is the perfect answer, a portion-controlled cheese with a subtle heat that feels exciting yet accessible.”

“With a unique flavour profile and impulse-friendly format, the launch is designed to attract younger shoppers and spice-lovers into the category, driving incremental growth for retailers.

As the only chilli-flavoured cheese spread portion in the market, this innovation not only brings genuine excitement to the category but also strengthens The Laughing Cow’s position as the UK’s number one cheese portion brand.”

The launch of The Laughing Cow Spicy Chilli underlines Bel UK’s ongoing commitment to purposeful snacking, delivering smart snacking choices that are packed full of fun and flavour, tastier snacking choices that don’t compromise on fun or flavour.

The Laughing Cow Chilli launches July in Asda and Sainsburys RRP £1.90, so spread the word and the spice.
