Iceland Foods is making it easier than ever for Jersey shoppers to get their hands on its popular product range, with customers being able to shop online for the first time via local delivery platform Order It.
From 15th July, shoppers in Jersey will be able to experience a new, more convenient way to access Iceland’s frozen and chilled favourites – all from the comfort of their own home.
Powered by Order It and supported by Iceland’s local franchise partner Alliance, the platform will offer Jersey’s most extensive selection of Iceland frozen products – with approximately 600 Iceland and exclusive brand frozen lines, 200 chilled products, and a wide selection of branded grocery items.
Shoppers will now be able to order Iceland’s much-loved exclusive brands online – including Greggs, TGI Fridays, Cathedral City, Harry Ramsden, MyProtein and Ninja – with fast, reliable delivery across the island. All orders will be picked up and delivered by Order It, with free delivery on orders over £50.
The launch is also expected to create new job opportunities in Jersey, further supporting the local community.
Iceland’s partnership with Alliance – an independent retailer in Jersey and Guernsey – began in November 2024 and has seen major success, including the first-ever Food Warehouse outside of the UK in Guernsey and two new Iceland stores in Jersey, which opened in March 2025.
Justin Addison, International and Partnerships Director at Iceland Foods, said: “This is an exciting next step for Iceland in Jersey. The reaction to our stores earlier this year has been fantastic – and now we’re making it even easier for shoppers to access our quality range and exclusive brands with the convenience of online shopping.
“With the largest frozen selection on the island, our launch with Order It, supported by Alliance, gives customers more choice and flexibility than ever before.”
Keiran Poole, Operations Director at Alliance said: “Partnering with Iceland to bring this exciting new online supermarket to Jersey is the result of a strong collaborative effort and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, great-value products to customers in the Channel Islands.
“We’ve worked hard to ensure the platform meets the needs of local customers, offering convenience, choice, and reliability. We’re confident this will make a real difference to the way people shop in Jersey.” For more information on Iceland and The Food Warehouse’s product offerings, please visit www.iceland.co.uk or www.thefoodwarehouse.com
