Debenhams, Britain’s online department store, unveils its Christmas campaign ‘Debenhams Delivered’. The integrated campaign has been created and produced by independent creative agency, Exposure.

The campaign advert is a bold feel-good celebration reinforcing Debenhams’ position as Britain’s online destination for effortless festive shopping. The film opens on a familiar suburban street, where everyday life gives way to a burst of festive magic that turns pre-season fatigue into a moment we all look forward to as Christmas is made simple.

With a mix of warmth, wit and sparkle, the campaign positions Debenhams as a trusted companion for the modern festive moment.

Led by an all-star cast including television personality, presenter and podcaster Olivia Attwood, former footballer, podcast host and pundit Peter Crouch, and comedian and presenter Judi Love, the film brings to life a vibrant ‘Debenhams Delivered’ parade. The sequence brings to life the breadth of Debenhams’ offering – from fashion and beauty to home and fragrance – through a lively, choreographed homage to the season that’s impossible not to smile at.

The campaign dials up Debenhams’ multi-category online proposition and Debenhams Delivered reinforces the retailer’s message that Christmas can be simple, stylish, and stress-free, with everything available at the click of a button and delivered straight to shoppers’ doors.

The film pairs large-scale production with a playful touch that feels both grand and fun, designed to engage shoppers nationwide throughout the peak retail period, demonstrating how the brand continues to evolve its creative storytelling to drive engagement and commercial performance.

The ‘Debenhams Delivered’ multichannel campaign launches on YouTube, rolling out across broadcast television, BVOD, CTV, OOH, DOOH, radio, digital, social media and press. Key placements will include placements during Wicked: For Good in cinema and Oxford Circus takeover.

Commenting on the film, Dan Finley, CEO at Debenhams Group, said, “This year’s ‘Debenhams Delivered’ campaign captures the moment when the magic of Christmas quite literally lands on your doorstep. At its heart, it’s about connection – bringing people together through joy, laughter and the ease of finding everything you need in one place. With familiar faces like Olivia Attwood, Peter Crouch and Judi Love leading the celebration, the film captures that unmistakable British warmth and humour. We want our customers to feel that same sense of sparkle and magic this Christmas.”

Maneeze Chowdhury, CEO of Exposure, said “Debenhams remains one of the most recognisable and beloved names in retail. The new ‘Debenhams Delivered’ campaign brings this to life through a distinctly festive celebration, a Christmas Parade with a twist. We’re proud to continue our partnership as lead creative agency, creating a campaign that not only entertains but reinforces Debenhams as modern, digital-first retailer at the heart of the festive season.”
