January 2026 is a fresh start moment for shoppers, with balance and value front of mind and growing interest from flexitarians and meat-reducers looking for easy, nutritious swaps. Bidfood’s 2026 trends research shows UK consumers are increasingly focused on nutrition and meaningful value, actively seeking options that deliver protein, fibre and quality.
With this in mind, Beyond Meat has launched TWO major new retail lines for consumers this January – Beyond Tenders and new-recipe Beyond Sausage.
Alongside the new launches, Beyond Meat has rolled out a raft of supermarket deals across the UK, making it easier than ever to enjoy plant-based favourites without stretching the budget. Hi res images HERE.
Here’s what’s NEW – and what’s on DEAL – in supermarkets this January:

With a new recipe and packaging design, these mouth-watering, chicken-style tenders are golden and crunchy on the outside yet irresistibly juicy on the inside.
High in protein and a source of fibre, Beyond Tenders are so delicious the only thing you’ll be clucking about this Veganuary is how good they taste. Convenient and easy to cook in the oven or air fryer, making them a winning combination whoever you’re cooking for. Use them as a simple swap for animal meat in a salad, wrap, tacos or simply with your favourite dip. RRP: £3.00. Available in Tesco and Sainsbury’s.
- NEW Beyond Sausage at Morrisons for £3 (26/01 – 22/02) SAVE 50p and 3 for 2 at Sainsbury’s (1–24 Jan) SAVE £3.50
Beyond Sausage never fails to disappoint and now it features a new and improved recipe. This tasty sausage is the perfect winter warmer and works brilliantly in hearty dishes such as a traditional bangers and mash, sausage, lentil and bean one pot or it can be simply chopped and added to pasta, making it even easier to meet your January goals. Launching into select Sainsbury’s and Morrisons stores in frozen from January, the new recipe sausage will also roll out to other retailers in the coming months. RRP: £3.50.
- Beyond Burger & Beyond Burger Jalapeño – On offer from £2.75 at Asda chilled and frozen (27 Dec–28 Jan), Ocado frozen (31 Dec–27 Jan). SAVE £1.25
These much-loved plant-based burgers deliver the juicy, meaty taste people crave, with the Jalapeño version adding a subtle spicy kick. High in protein and easy to cook on the grill, hob or BBQ, they’re a great option for anyone looking to cut back on meat without compromising on flavour.

Perfect for shoppers looking for a more premium plant-based swap, Beyond Steak delivers a rich, meaty bite with plenty of flavour – ideal for stir-fries, fajitas, salads or steak-style midweek dinners.
High in protein and easy to cook just like traditional steak pieces, it’s a simple way to build balanced meals without compromising on taste.
In January, Beyond Meat will also roll out even more dishes in UK food service to meet consumers’ desires for plant-based casual dining favourites. Look out for Veganuary launches coming soon from Leon, Honest Burger and Greene King!
