Regatta Great Outdoors Regatta Great Outdoors has announced an expanded second year partnership with PGL, the UK’s biggest outdoor education provider, extending their collaboration across PGL’s Education programmes and reinforcing their shared commitment to getting more young people outdoors.

Building on a successful first year as Official Outdoor Kit Partner for PGL Kids’ Camps and Family Adventure Holidays, Regatta has broadened the partnership to support PGL’s core Education business. As part of the extension, Regatta will provide 6,000 waterproof jackets and trousers for school visitors to access while attending PGL centres across the UK.

The waterproof garments will support thousands of children visiting PGL centres each year, helping to ensure that young people can fully participate in outdoor activities regardless of the weather and if they own waterproof clothing.

Following last year’s collaboration, Regatta identified an opportunity to further support the thousands of school groups attending PGL centres through the organisation’s Breakthrough Fund. The initiative helps children from all backgrounds access transformative outdoor learning experiences, removing barriers to participation and ensuring no child misses out due to financial circumstances or kit requirements.

Alongside the Education expansion, Regatta will continue to offer a PGL-approved exclusive Kit List in-store and online at www.regatta.com from Wednesday 18th March. Families preparing for PGL adventures can shop waterproof jackets, baffle jackets, waterproof over trousers, change robe, towelling robe, walking shoes, sandals, zip up mid-layers, fleeces, t-shirts, shorts, swimwear, sunhats, rucksack, travel towel and drinking bottles making Regatta a one-stop-shop for getting PGL adventure-ready.

Since 1981, Regatta has created quality, high-performance outdoor gear to help families across the UK feel great and have fun outdoors, whatever the weather. The extended partnership reflects both organisations shared mission to inspire confidence, resilience and a lifelong love of adventure in the outdoors.

Helen Monks, Brand Director at Regatta Ltd, said:

“Following a positive first year, we’re incredibly proud to be extending the collaboration into a second year and expanding into PGL’s Education programmes. Supporting the Breakthrough Fund and providing waterproof items for school visitors means even more young people can experience the benefits of outdoor adventure, whatever the weather.”

Michelle Evans, Director of Product and Marketing at  PGL, added:

“We are delighted to be extending our partnership with Regatta into a second year. Their support across our programmes, including the provision of 6,000 waterproof jackets and trousers will make a meaningful difference to the thousands of children who visit our centres each year through our Breakthrough Fund. Together, we are committed to ensuring every young person has the opportunity to challenge themselves, build confidence and experience the power of the outdoors.”

Regatta x PGL Official Outdoor Kit Partnership launches Wednesday 18th March 2026 at regatta.com and instore. Campaign imagery for the collection for 2026 features the Hoyte family from @daywithdad.
