PURESEOUL, the UK’s fast-growing K-beauty retailer, has secured a 61,000 sq ft distribution hub at Indurent Park Derby, as the brand continues to scale its UK omnichannel presence across physical retail, B2B relationships, and e-commerce.
The company has signed a 10-year lease on the D61 unit, which will serve as its UK national distribution centre, supporting stock flow into its expanding high street store network, its retail partnership with Superdrug, and its e-commerce channel.
The move marks a key step in strengthening its UK operational footprint as it continues to expand its retail presence nationwide.
Indurent Park Derby has increasingly attracted modern retail and lifestyle brands requiring high-quality logistics space, with PURESEOUL becoming the second retail occupier at the scheme following menswear brand Rodd & Gunn in 2025.
The Derby-based development offers strong national connectivity, with access to the M1, A50 corridor, Derby city centre, and East Midlands Airport, making it well positioned for fast-moving retail distribution.
The unit has been developed to a high specification, targeting EPC A+ and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards, aligning with growing retailer demand for sustainable, efficient supply chain infrastructure.
Robert Richardson, development director at Indurent, commented: “Pureseoul is a great example of the next generation of retail brands scaling rapidly across multiple channels. Indurent Park Derby provides the connectivity and quality these businesses need as they look to expand their UK footprint.”
Leslie Tang, CEO and co-founder at PURESEOUL, commented: “Securing a dedicated UK distribution hub at Indurent Park Derby marks a major milestone in our growth journey. As PURESEOUL continues to expand across both retail and e-commerce, planning to double our store count by end of 2026, this facility provides the scale, efficiency, and connectivity needed to support our operations and customers nationwide.”
