• Juicy Apple Spritz: A bright and refreshing serve made for sunny afternoons. Aperol brings a bittersweet citrus edge, balanced by the crisp sweetness of Juicy Apple and a splash of soda for a lively finish. Garnish with orange and apple slices for a vibrant springtime cocktail.

Ingredients: Elderflower & Apple Mojito	Method	Result
25ml Elderflower Gin 10ml Lime juice 150ml Juicy Apple Mint leaves to garnish	Fill your gin glass generously with ice to keep the drink crisp and refreshing. Add fresh mint leaves, gently pressing them to unlock their aromatic oils. Pour in the measure of gin. Squeeze in fresh lime juice to brighten the flavour. Top with Juicy Apple for a smooth finish. Stir gently to combine and chill. Garnish with a lime wheel or mint sprig for a vibrant touch.

50ml Aperol 100ml Juicy Apple Topped with Soda Apple Garnish with orange	Fill a large wine glass with ice to keep the drink refreshingly cool. Pour in the Aperol for that signature bittersweet flavour. Add a splash of Juicy Apple and top with soda water for a sparkling finish. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a slice of apple and orange for a vibrant, citrusy touch.

25ml Disaronno (any amaretto is fine) 25ml Cointreau 125ml Juicy Apple Garnished with Apple slice	Fill a hi-ball glass with ice to keep the drink refreshingly cool. Pour in some Disaronno, followed by Cointreau for a rich, citrusy depth. Top with Juicy Apple  for a crisp finish. Stir gently to blend the flavours. Garnish with a fresh slice of apple for a touch of elegance.
