ChopstixCHOPSTIX, the UK’s favourite noodle bar, has announced it will be reopening its refurbished store on  Bull Street in Birmingham.

Joining its growing number of over 140 locations nationwide, the upgraded store is set to open its doors at 11am on Tuesday 19th May, marked with a massive opening day event for eager fans.

To celebrate the launch, Chopstix are giving away free medium boxes to the first 100 customers, along with 1000 portions of spring rolls. Fans will also have the chance to win free merch, discount vouchers and app points throughout the day.

Open 10:30am to 10:00pm (Mon-Wed), 10:30am to 11:00pm (Thurs & Sun), and 10:30am to 12:00am (Fri-Sat), the new store will bring another 3 new jobs to the city and seat 19 eager diners.

Chopstix has quickly become one of the UK’s most popular quick service restaurants, with its focus on Asian flavour in a quick and accessible way making it a firm favourite throughout the country.

As well as take away classics like Sweet & Sour Chicken and Salt ‘N’ Pepper Chicken, Chopstix has a range of fresh flavours including the spicy Firecracker Chicken with a fiery garlic and chilli seasoning, and brand favourites like Chicken Katsu Curry and the restaurants signature Caramel Drizzle Chicken.

Gareth Brannigan, head of new store openings for Chopstix, said: “In each location that we invest in, we’re always looking at how we can improve the experience for our customers. The refurbishment in Birmingham is a great example of that, creating a fresh, modern space for customers to enjoy their favourite Chopstix dishes.”

“It’s an exciting time for the brand as we continue to grow and evolve, and we’re looking forward to welcoming customers back to the refreshed store.”

The refreshed Chopstix store continues the brand’s strong momentum, building on a successful period of openings and refurbishments across the UK.

The noodle bar’s popular dishes are also available to order through Chopstix Delivery and Click & Collect via the website or Chopstix app, as well as from delivery platforms including UberEats, Deliveroo and Just Eat.
