Bloom & Wild relaunches its 100% Organic Blooms

Bloom & Wild has announced the return of its much-loved 100% Organic Blooms bouquet, available from 20 July until 6 September, showcasing the very best British-grown seasonal flowers while championing sustainable floristry.

Believed to have been the UK’s first fully certified organic bouquet from a leading online florist when it launched, the bouquet is grown at the family-run Pool Hullock Farm in Herefordshire and certified organic by the Soil Association.

Unlike traditional bouquets, every bunch is unique, with stems selected according to what’s naturally thriving in the fields each week. Customers can expect an ever-changing mix of seasonal British flowers, including cosmos, cornflowers, nigella, oxeye daisies, larkspur and zinnias.

The flowers are grown without pesticides, synthetic chemicals, heated greenhouses or air miles, using farming methods that work alongside nature to encourage biodiversity.

As part of Bloom & Wild’s ongoing partnership with Rewilding Britain, every Organic Blooms bouquet sold will also generate a £1 donation to help support rewilding projects across Britain.

Since partnering with the charity in 2023, Bloom & Wild customers have helped raise more than £37,000, funding projects that restore habitats, improve biodiversity and reconnect people with nature.

The bouquet also reflects Bloom & Wild’s wider sustainability commitments as a certified B Corp, including zero flowers sent to landfill, recyclable or compostable packaging and continued investment in more sustainable sourcing.

Lucy Hook, floral lead at Bloom & Wild, said: “Organic flowers are a celebration of working with nature rather than against it. Every bouquet reflects what’s flourishing naturally at that moment, making each arrangement completely unique while supporting British growers who prioritise biodiversity and healthy ecosystems.” “Every Organic Blooms bouquet is unique because we work with the seasons, choosing the flowers that are naturally at their best each week. It’s a beautiful reminder that working with nature can create something truly special while supporting British growers and biodiversity. ”

Sibbe Krol, director of sustainability at Bloom & Wild, comments: “At Bloom & Wild, we’re always looking for ways to make it easier for our customers to celebrate life’s moments while reducing our impact on the planet. Organic Blooms reflects that ambition, bringing together British-grown seasonal flowers, organic farming practices, and support for nature restoration through our partnership with Rewilding Britain.”

“There’s no single solution to building a more sustainable flower industry, but by continuing to innovate, working closely with our growers and investing in projects that help nature recover, we can make meaningful progress.”
