LEON LEON Grocery is turning up the heat this summer with the launch of its new Red Thai-Style Lentil Curry, arriving at Sainsbury’s and Ocado.
Combining hearty lentils with creamy coconut, green beans and edamame, the vibrant new dish delivers the aromatic flavours of a Thai-inspired red curry in a convenient meal that is ready in just 90 seconds.
The latest addition to LEON Grocery’s microwaveable pouch range contains 11g of plant-based protein and 9g of fibre per serving, providing a satisfying and nutritionally balanced option for busy lunches, speedy dinners and everything in between.
Entirely vegan and carrying a two-chilli rating, the curry offers a warming yet approachable kick, balanced by the richness of coconut cream and the freshness of green vegetables.
Whether enjoyed on its own or paired with rice, flatbreads or additional vegetables, the new Red Thai-Style Lentil Curry provides a quick and versatile way to enjoy bold, plant-packed flavours at home.
The launch builds on LEON Grocery’s existing collection of microwaveable meals, which includes the Keralan Lentil & Chickpea Curry, Brazilian Black Beans, Golden Lentil Dhal and Katsu Curry Beans.
Created around LEON’s founding mission of making it easier for everyone to live and eat well, the range combines pulses, vegetables, herbs and spices to create nourishing meals without compromising on flavour or convenience.
Miriam Rose, head of grocery at LEON, said: “We want to make it as easy as possible for people to enjoy food that is full of flavour and packed with plants, even when they are short on time.
“Our new Red Thai-Style Lentil Curry combines creamy coconut, warming spices and plenty of lentils and vegetables to create a satisfying vegan meal that is ready in just 90 seconds. It is a delicious and convenient addition to our microwaveable range, and we cannot wait for people to try it.”
The LEON Grocery Red Thai-Style Lentil Curry will be available at Sainsbury’s and Ocado from 23rd August 2026.
