Top Cuvée, the independent London wine brand, is marking Beaujolais Nouveau Day on Thursday 19 November with its own Nouveau. Alongside it: a limited run of 250 bundles and a bottomless release-night dinner at its Highbury restaurant.
Beaujolais Nouveau is the first wine of the 2026 harvest. Picked weeks ago, bottled young and legally released at one minute past midnight on the third Thursday of November. The wine world spent years sneering at it. Top Cuvée thinks it’s one of the best nights of the year, and is counting down to midnight on its dedicated site. Everyone’s invited.
The wine
Top Cuvée’s Nouveau is made in the south of Beaujolais, and imported directly by Top Cuvée. Bright, juicy and made to be drunk now, slightly chilled. Bottles are £23.75, with a discount on pre-orders available online.
The bundle
A limited run of 250 bundles: a bottle of Nouveau, a limited-edition Top Cuvée tote and an insulated wine flask. Pre-sale price is £39 until Wednesday 18 November, rising to £45 from release day.
The night
On Thursday 19 November, Top Cuvée Highbury, 17b Blackstock Road, N5 2LL, hosts a set dinner with partner chefs Firangi with bottomless Nouveau included. Kitchen opens at 6pm, last table 10pm. Tickets £80pp.

Brodie Meah, founder of Top Cuvée, said: “Beaujolais Nouveau is the most honest wine of the year. It’s not trying to be anything other than fresh, fun and here right now. That’s exactly what we’re about. We’ve worked to make one we’re genuinely proud of, and we want as many people as possible drinking it on the night.”
