Aldi is expanding its Valentine’s Day seasonal offer with the launch of a limited-edition Tear & Share Cookie, developed in partnership with Somerset-based supplier Marston Foods.
The heart-shaped dessert will land in stores as a Specialbuy from Tuesday 10th February, forming part of Aldi’s wider Valentine’s Day range designed to offer shoppers premium products at accessible price points.
Produced by Marston Foods at its Frome site, the Tear & Share Cookie features chocolate chips and a soft, gooey centre and has been developed specifically for sharing occasions and at-home celebrations.
The launch builds on Aldi’s longstanding relationship with Marston Foods, which has been supplying the retailer with a range of seasonal desserts since 2010, including Easter and Christmas lines alongside core favourites such as cheesecakes, panna cottas and tarts.
The partnership has supported Marston Foods’ growth, enabling the business to invest in new equipment and expand its workforce, while continuing to deliver handmade products at scale for national distribution.
David Graham, commercial manager at Marston Foods, said: “Seasonal moments like Valentine’s Day give us the opportunity to innovate and bring something new to shoppers. Working with Aldi has allowed us to scale that creativity, while continuing to invest in our production capabilities here in Somerset.”
Julie Ashfield, chief commercial officer at Aldi UK, said: “Marston Foods consistently delivers high-quality, creative products, and this Valentine’s dessert is a great example of that. Supporting British suppliers to innovate and grow remains a key part of how we develop compelling seasonal ranges for our customers.”
The Tear & Share Cookie (215g) will retail at £1.99 and will be available from Tuesday 10th February 2026.
