ArgosThis autumn, Argos is launching hundreds of new toys under its owned brand, Chad Valley, perfect for keeping kids entertained this season. With a rich heritage and a commitment to inspiring imaginative, inclusive play that supports early childhood development, Chad Valley continues to create a better – more playful – world. Aimed at babies, infants, and preschoolers, the latest Chad Valley collection has something for every little one up to age six.

The range offers a diverse selection of toys that are as educational as they are entertaining. From classic wooden pieces and engaging role-play sets, colourful puzzles, and games to soothing sensory and soft play, there is something to spark imagination and develop essential skills in every child. The collection also includes musical instruments and creative kits designed to keep little hands busy and minds curious.

For adults hoping to snap up nostalgic early Christmas presents at affordable prices, Chad Valley has released a variety of traditional wooden toys to its selection, including the Chad Valley Wooden Garden House Set (£30), Chad Valley Wooden Dresser (£40) and Buy Chad Valley Wooden Learning Clock (£10). For budding builders, the Chad Valley Wooden Tool Bench (£35) and Buy Chad Valley Wooden Tool Box-Brown (£15) are colourful choices for creative indoor playtime.

With soft toys being more popular than ever, the Chad Valley collection includes new, collectable plushies like the Chad Valley Dino Super Soft Toy (£6) and the Chad Valley Fluffy Bunny Soft Toy (£10). These and other adorable, huggable characters are an affordable pick from Argos’ ‘2 for £15’ deal applicable to selected toys across the collection.

For family game night, the new Chad Valley Woodland Dominoes Playset (£12) and Chad Valley Wooden Memory Chess Game (£10) are fun and engaging games that’re great for gathering everyone together.

For crafty kids, Chad Valley’s arts and crafts toy selection is designed to support creative self-expression. At nearly 1m tall, the Chad Valley Colour in Cardboard House (£20) helps children improve hands-on skills and better recognise shapes, while the Chad Valley Sensory Touch and Discover Kit (£7) offers mess-free sensory experiences for little ones, helping them get to grips with different materials and textures.

The Wooden Car Walker (£40) and Chad Valley Bear Wooden Walker (£30) are excellent toys that help little ones just starting to find their feet build confidence. As children begin to walk and play, bring soft play staples into the home, with the new Chad Valley Soft Play Foam Ball Pit (£40), Chad Valley Soft Play Balance Beam (£20) and Chad Valley Play Stepping Stones 5 Pack (£20).

Reimagined for endless fun, Chad Valley playsets are a fantastic way for little ones to engage in imaginative play, helping children develop real-life skills while encouraging creativity and role-playing. Kids can mirror everyday activities in the kitchen with the new Chad Valley Wooden Tea Set (£11) and Chad Valley Air Fryer (£11). Or, they can save the day as a doctor with the Chad Valley Role Play Doctor Set (£10) or become a heroic firefighter with the Chad Valley Wooden Fireman Roleplay Playset (£12).

“At Argos, we understand that toys are more than just playthings; they’re tools for a child’s imagination and growth,” says Chantal Pearce, Head of toy buying at Argos. “That’s why the new Chad Valley collection is so special. From its expanded range of wooden toys that inspire classic, screen-free fun to the new plushies and skill-building playsets, there is a toy for every child. Plus, available at affordable prices and with many items included in our ‘2 for £15’ promotion, Chad Valley makes it easier than ever for families to find high-quality toys that foster creative development in young children.”

All toys mentioned, along with many more, are available to buy online at Argos.co.uk, as well as in Argos stores and selected Sainsbury’s supermarkets across the UK. Shopping with Argos has also never been easier. Customers can benefit from Argos’s Fast Track same-day and next-day delivery options which are available 7-days a week, allowing those that order by 5pm to receive their items by 10pm on the same day. Shoppers can also get free delivery on small items over £100 and the retailer’s Click & Collect service lets customers collect from over 1,100 Sainsbury’s stores, Argos stores, and collection points.
