Costa Coffee, the Nation’s Favourite Coffee Shop*, has unveiled its newly refreshed store at Ladymead Retail Park in Guildford, which reopened on Saturday 8th November 2025. The updated store offers customers a fresh new way to enjoy their Costa Coffee experience, with a modern design and exciting new features.
With convenience at its heart, the uplifted store now includes touch screen ordering – ideal for customers on the go. It perfectly complements an updated counter design and welcoming seating areas for those staying in to enjoy a handcrafted coffee. Plus, with additional charging points throughout the store, it’s an inviting spot for remote workers, students, or anyone looking to take a break.

The Ladymead Retail Park Costa Coffee store is open from 7:30am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 7pm Saturday and 8am to 5pm on Sunday.
