Côte Brasserie launches Bourguignon & Bubbles to celebrate National Butcher’s Week

Côte Brasserie Côte Brasserie is celebrating its passion for exceptional beef with the launch of a limited-edition Bourguignon Burger & Bubbles during National Butcher’s Week .

For one-week-only the special brings together two of Côte’s most iconic dishes.

Available across all brasseries from 2-9 March, the Bourguignon Burger is a delicious hybrid of Côte’s classic beef bourguignon and its hand-pressed burgers.

Made using premium British and Irish beef, slow-cooked for five hours in a rich smoked bacon, mushroom and red wine sauce, the burger is topped with fresh pickled cucumbers and served in a soft brioche bun with Côte’s signature free-flowing crispy frites. Guests can enjoy the burger for £17 throughout the week.

For those looking to add a little sparkle to the celebration, Côte app users can upgrade to the exclusive Burger & Bubbles offer adding a glass of French fizz for just £3, bringing the total to £20.

The offer is also available with Côte’s much-loved Vegan Burger, made with pulled Fable mushrooms, truffle mayonnaise, caramelised red onion and pickles in a brioche bun, also served with free-flowing frites.

Renowned for its butcher’s quality meat and dedicated on-site butchery, Côte continues to champion craft and consistency across its menu and at-home offering. Executive chef Steve Allen, formerly of Gordon Ramsay, Claridge’s and Pétrus, joined the group in 2021, drawn by the brand’s commitment to quality.

He said: “By selecting, ageing and handcutting every steak ourselves, we control consistency, flavour, and finish of all the beef and it really sets us apart. Very few restaurant groups have their own butchery/salt-ageing chamber. Even fewer care about quality as much as we do. We believe great brasserie cooking begins long before the plates hit the pass.”

For the first time, the Bourguignon Burger will also be available beyond the brasserie. Côte at Home will offer a box of two Bourguignon burgers for £14.95 to prepare and enjoy at home. Alternatively, guests can order via Deliveroo and savour the special from the comfort of their sofa ensuring no one misses out on this exclusive National Butcher’s Week creation.

From expertly aged prime cuts to hand-pressed burgers crafted in-house, Côte’s dedication to quality is at the heart of every dish. This limited-edition Bourguignon Burger & Bubbles is available for one week only, making it the perfect excuse to celebrate the art of butchery in true French brasserie style.
